WHAT IS “CONCIERGE” SPECIALIST CARE?
This Concierge Specialist Care is a service plan we created specifically for patients that have an insurance we participate with and for that reason only we can not offer them our Direct Specialist Care service plan.
Why would you want “Concierge Specialist Care”?
It does not matter if you have the best health insurance available, there are many services and perks and procedures that are not covered. Along the years as we all have noticed, the practice of medicine has become more and more controlled by insurance companies and hospital executives, and they pick and choose what they are going to cover and what they will not cover and even how long they are going to leave you in the hospital even after surgery. They are always getting in between you the patient and the doctor and making decisions to save money. Who suffers? You the patient! Who gets frustrated, your doctor. Do they care? No, they do not. For them is the bottom-line what counts!
Concierge Specialist Care perks include:
1.-Have you wished you could speak your doctors on the phone after hours? $300.00/year
This is one of the perks this concierge service plan offers. But only for non-emergencies. Calls intended to resolve simple personal issues like refill medication we prescribed, questions regarding medications or need for non-acute diagnostic testing. These services may come in very handy at the time for expert advice! How many times have you wished you could ask a question to your doctor? A secure app will need to be used. Unlimited calls per month.
2.-Maybe you think that texting your doctor would be enough for you? $192.00/year
This service is offered also. Texting may be all you need for simple questions. Chatting will be done via text messaging using a secure app. Unlimited text per month.
3.-The Gold Package is the best! $1908.00/year
Includes all of the above plus: a) blood test and imaging orders due to personal or work related reasons, but that do not need a medical consultation with our physician. Copies of test will be provided as well as any recommendations if needed. b) Two Prolotherapy treatment a year if indicated OR One Platelet Rich Plasma Treatment (PRP) per year if indicated and to be scheduled during our normal business hours c) Same or next day no wait appointment during our normal business hours.
A pre-enrollment first visit is always needed to see if we can help you and if we are a good fit for your medical care. Signing up for the membership is required to continue care in our practice. All of the above are for established patient only.
